Chinese New Year


Beginning is given to the Chinese New Year! It is the year 4713 according to the Chinese calendar and be under the influence of the goat until February 7, 2016.

The goat represents honesty and sincerity, even shyness, so it costs you express your true emotions and is hard to find what happens inside. Under the influence of this animal people born in 1967; 1979; 1991; 2003 and 2015.
Harmonious relationship: Horse, Pig, Tiger, Rabbit, Cat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Snake.
Difficult relationship: Rat, Ox and Dragon.

There are many legends to explain the origin of the Chinese zodiac. -Gallina Pachikay: is chicken and egg represents the cycle of life. It is accompanied with two fruits: tangerine and orange. The orange color symbolizes good feelings and nobility.

-Rice symbolizes abundance.

-The noodles represent longevity.

-The pig symbolizes the festivity of change to get the Chinese Year.

-Vegetables are other foods that can not miss
in this special banquet in order to achieve balance and harmony that nature provides.
